University at Albany College of Engineering & Applied Sciences
Albany, New York
A New Generation of Innovators
Heavily involved in the early phases of planning and design, MEMASI Managing Partners worked with Plan A and the architects to conceptualize the College’s vision for the building and surrounding downtown campus. As the City of Albany’s primary high school from 1913 - 1974, the 160,000 square foot building will undergo a five-year phased renovation to convert the vacated building into the new College of Engineering & Applied Sciences. The $60 million project will expand and revitalize UAlbany’s downtown campus.
