Boosting Recruitment and Retention

The renovation of an original 1980’s local facility reflects the company’s global business acumen. The corporate office and meeting center receive visitors from around the world and contribute to both recruitment and retainment of top scientists, researchers and business professionals.

Renovations improved lighting, modernized IT systems, provided an impressive lobby and lounge/living area along with offices for full-time staff and hoteling spaces for staff from abroad. Training rooms and conference rooms are supported by a catering kitchen seamlessly integrated to service meetings and visitors.

In addition to the corporate office and meeting space, a series of research and testing labs were renovated. Infrastructure feeds the benching systems from above and from open service chases for maximum flexibility and servicing, and laboratories are equipped with humidification systems for more reliable and consistent lab results.
